These are my resources which will be put on to
CD for you. Other lecturers and trainers can
adapt them to suit their individual needs (training not re-sale).

Postage Details
CDs are despatched within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment
(either the same day or the following working day). Zip Folders
(instead of a CD will be sent within 24 hours.
Payments received after 5.00 p.m. weekdays - CDs will be
posted the following day.
Payments received before 10.00 a.m. Saturday
morning - CDs will be posted Saturday morning.
Payments received after 10.00 a.m. Saturday
morning and on a Sunday - no further postal
collections. CDs will be posted Monday.
Please also note that there are no Royal Mail
collections or deliveries on a Bank Holiday.
Returns and Refund Policy
As per the ‘European Consumer Rights Directive’,
a part of UK law in the ‘Consumer Contracts
(Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges)
Regulations 2013’ – change of mind returns are accepted.
Your cooling-off period is 14 calendar days from the day
after the item was delivered to you.Please contact me
by email or letter within 14 calendar days of receipt to
let me know if you want to return an item. You then
have 14 calendar days from when you let me know to
return the item or provide proof of the return.
On receipt of the returned item, I will refund the
purchase price and original post and packing charges.
The buyer is responsible for return postage (Royal Mail
2nd class Recorded Delivery is the cheapest for you).
*If a CD arrives damaged or faulty you do not need to
return the CD to me – simply contact me and I will
replace it for you immediately. If I send you the
wrong the CD, you may keep it (free of charge) and
I will send the correct CD immediately.
If you cancel this contract, I will reimburse to you
all payments** received from you (except for the
supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of
delivery other than the least expensive type of
standard delivery offered).
**The Regulations state that traders can make a
deduction from refunds for loss in value of any
goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary
handling by the purchaser.
I will refund without undue delay, and no later than-
(a) 14 days after the day I receive back from you
any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide
evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after
the day on which I was informed about your decision
to cancel this contract.
I will make the reimbursement using the same means
of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
You should return CDs to the address given on the
invoice also displayed at the bottom of this page in
my business details within 14 days from the day on
which you communicate your cancellation from this
contract with me.
This policy complies with both Ebay rules and the
Consumer Rights Directive. The policy applies to
all items unless faulty (see above*).
Terms and Conditions
All resources purchased are for personal use only
and cannot be copied to a third party (either electronically
or in any other format).
As the purchaser you may adapt the resources to suit
your own teaching/training session.
You may not offer the item for re-sale nor adapt or
re-format the resources for sale or re-sale in any format
nor for any other commercial gain.
